Remarks concerning In nocte secunda by Carlo Prosperi

In nocte secunda employs a number of avant garde sonorities and tonal as well as serial techniques. Its 3 movements are entitled Stellae inerrantes, stellae obscuriores et quasi caliginosae (scored for solo guitar), and stellae errantes (scored for the upper register of the harpsichord, the guitar, and violins). The work is intended to evoke the music of the cosmos.
